Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant prior experience or pharmacy technician certification
• Support for company health and wellness initiatives
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by law
• Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
• Support training and coaching of team members
• Compound medications in compliance with state regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to ensure prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in accordance with legal and company standards
• Deliver additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, reporting illegal activities as required
