Provide direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws. Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by the state
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
• Provide a stellar customer experience through accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications following regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per law and policy
• Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
• Report illegal activities such as theft or fraud
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Current registration, certification, or license

Desired

• Previous pharmacy technician experience
• Equivalent experience to a pharmacy technician
