Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of necessary national registration, certification, or licensure

Desired qualifications:

  • Relevant experience or pharmacy technician background
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and adherence to related policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding those requiring professional judgment
  • Deliver excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications following state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits for accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and company policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to health codes
  • Report illegal activities as required
  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
