Walgreens in Stockton, CA is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a distinctive shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with products, and process purchases at the register with courtesy and efficiency.

You will support store operations, help locate items, maintain clean displays, and follow policies while providing accurate checkout and basic pharmacy-related tasks under supervision.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested; processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Recommends items for sale to customer and recommends trade-up and/or companion items; assists with OTC products and guides to aisle when possible.
• Operates store systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
