• Registers purchases on the cash register and handles cash, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Assists customers with product questions and guides them to items; supports OTC products.
• Operates store systems and maintains clean, merchandised counters and shelves.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist and adheres to company policies on pharmacy errors.
• Maintains store appearance and performs inventory and price checks as directed.
• Completes special assignments and supports asset protection procedures.
