Walgreens Co. is seeking a Retail Customer Experience Associate to deliver a friendly, efficient checkout experience and assist customers with product needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers, handle purchases at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance while following company policies and safety guidelines. Prior retail experience is a plus; bilingual skills are welcome in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsabilités

• Registers customer purchases on the cash register, processes payments, and handles returns and exchanges.
• Assists customers with product location and suggests add-ons or companion items.
• Operates store systems to obtain transaction and status information; maintains checkout area.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Supports asset protection procedures and adheres to company policies to minimize losses.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products where applicable.
