Responsibilities

• Registers sales at the cash register and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist customers by greeting, offering help, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Represents Walgreens customer service by sharing best practices and building relationships with valuable customers.
• Operates store systems and equipment, keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, and maintains inventory records.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to Quality Improvement Program policies.
