Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register purchases at the checkout, process transactions, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
• Recommend items for sale and upsell, including OTC products; assist customers to locate items.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; perform inventory checks and price merchandise as directed.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.
