Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, help with products, and provide friendly checkout service. You will operate the cash register, handle purchases, returns, and exchanges while keeping shelves neat and merchandised.

You will assist customers with OTC products, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory and price checks. You will work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with emphasis on delivering a distinctive Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate the cash register, process purchases, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain counters and shelves, keep merchandise priced and stocked, and assist with inventory.
• Advise customers on OTC products and assist with locating items.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow quality procedures.
