You will ring up purchases, handle cash, and help with OTC products while keeping shelves stocked and store areas clean. The role supports loss prevention and adheres to company policies, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and gives change; handles voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assists customers with product recommendations and trades up; helps with OTC products and escorts customers to aisles when possible.
• Operates store systems to check prescription status and reports prescription errors to the pharmacist.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and follows stock/merchandising directions.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Keeps store condition clean and organized, supports displays and store renovations as needed.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as directed.
• Attends training and completes required programs.
