Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports prescription errors to pharmacist on duty.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures and assists with exterior and interior maintenance.
