Responsibilities

• Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register and handles returns, voids, rain checks, refunds and exchanges as needed.
• Recommends items for sale and assists customers with OTC products, guiding to aisles when possible.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, checks in and prices merchandise as directed by store leadership.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with store policies.
• Builds displays and completes promotional or seasonal resets as directed.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
