Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive written and faxed prescriptions, verify information, and input into the system.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of all medications.
• Receive, verify, log, and store incoming inventory.
• Maintain pharmacy records, including patient profiles and inventory logs.
• Accept payment for prescriptions and small transactions.
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries.
• Greet customers as they come to the pharmacy.
• Collect payment and insurance information.
• Provide orders to customers.
• Keep shelves organized and clean.
• Make regular inventory checks.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Cashier/Associate to join our team! As a Pharmacy Cashier/Associate, you will be receiving incoming prescriptions, checking for accuracy, and inputting that information into our system. You will also be accepting payments for prescriptions, receiving incoming inventory, and answering customer questions and concerns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills, and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
