1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales on assigned cash register and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engaging customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Sharing customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
5. Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.
6. Processing transactions, handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Recommending products and assisting with OTC products.
8. Operating pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status and reporting errors promptly.
9. Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with laws and company policies.
10. Assisting with store maintenance and completing special tasks as assigned.
11. Attending training sessions and completing required personal development programs.
