Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
• Dispense medications accurately and review prescriptions per regulations and policies.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company policies; assist in opening/closing and shift changes.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and support staff.
• Review insurance claims and follow up with insurers and providers as needed.
• Provide immunization and wellness services and support patient education.
• Assist in analyzing performance data and inventory management.
