Formación

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and insurance aspects to ensure proper medication use.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; supports efficient workflow and inventory management.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes enhancements to improve productivity.
• Supports and analyzes performance data with management and healthcare staff to improve service and asset protection.
