Revibe Men's Health in Renton, WA is seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Representative. You will support pharmacists and staff, handle patient calls, process payments, and manage records with accuracy.

On-site position in Renton with a Monday–Friday AM shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Competitive benefits include health insurance and growth opportunities within Dynamic Rx Labs' network.

Qualifications

• Must have a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication
• Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service
• Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records
• Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned.
• Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor
