Responsibilities

• Process patient bills and insurance claims accurately and timely.
• Enter and update patient and insurance information in billing systems.
• Handle daily and month-end billing procedures and reporting.
• Respond to billing inquiries via phone or electronic communication.
• Assist with audits and government payer requirements (HIPAA).
