Responsibilities

• Verify and document patient insurance benefits for new/renewal referrals.
• Enter data into tracking software and maintain calls with patients, insurers, and providers.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and determine coverage for medications.
• Serve as liaison between the company, insurers, and providers via phone, fax, and email.
• Ensure timely reimbursement by maximizing allowable rates.
