Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Benefits Verification Technician in North Canton, OH. This hybrid role primarily remote, with occasional requirements on-site. Compensation is $22.50 per hour, with Monday–Friday shifts and some Saturdays as needed.

You will verify insurance benefits, resolve claim issues, and support PBM services to ensure accurate billing. Qualified candidates will hold an Ohio Pharmacy Technician license, national certification (PTCB or NHA), and 1–2+ years

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician license (Ohio).
• National certification (PTCB or NHA).
• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience (retail, mail order, PBM, managed care).
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Claims adjudication and secondary billing.
• Medicaid and discount card processing.
• PBM or managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through outbound calls and follow‑up communications.
• Resolve prescription and claims issues to ensure timely adjudication.
• Coordinate with PBM services to support accurate billing.
• Assist pharmacists and internal teams with audits and compliance reviews.
• Document all correspondence, escalations, and resolutions per payer/regulatory requirements.

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Benefits Verification Technician to support members, providers, and insurance carriers by ensuring accurate insurance verification and prescription claims processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a state-licensed and nationally certified Pharmacy Technician who enjoys problem‑solving and working in a collaborative, fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Locations

North Canton, OH | Hybrid, but primarily remote (1-2 days a month if needed)

Pay Rate

$22.50/hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM; occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and overtime as business needs require

What You’ll Do:
