Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day pharmacy benefit administration and operations.
• Research and resolve pharmacy and benefit-related questions and issues.
• Assist with prior authorization processes and related documentation.
• Work with internal teams and external partners, including Pharmacy Benefit Managers.
• Review data and reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Support system testing, updates, and other pharmacy program initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
