Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data management.
• Expert-level SQL skills and data warehouse experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing data storage, validation, preparation, and quality control processes.
• Maintain the data warehouse in SQL and support connected programs and data workflows.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards that address business and client needs.
• Run recurring reports for the Account Services team, including plan review reporting.
• Perform investigative analytics and communicate data discrepancies clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate rebate and financial reconciliation discrepancies.
• Complete repricing analyses, rebate projections, service warranty validations, and related financial reconciliations.
• Build models and forecasts to evaluate pricing terms, copays, benefit design changes, and other pharmacy industry developments.
• Interpret PBM contract terms, particularly financial guarantees and reconciliation requirements.
• Partner with the Data Team and Account Services team to understand business needs and deliver accurate, practical solutions.
