Job summary

Myers and Stauffer LC is seeking a capable healthcare analytics manager to lead engagement teams analyzing pharmacy claims data across client projects. You will assign analysts, review deliverables, and coordinate schedules with PBMs and health plans.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SQL. Travel may be occasional as client engagements require on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PBM/health plan experience preferred.
• Experience managing project deliverables and staff.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient MS Office; SQL familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff contributing to engagements and review analysts' deliverables.
• Coordinate schedules and work assignments of engagement staff.
• Schedule meetings with clients and their PBMs.
• Assist in the development of criteria and programs with the design team.
• Review pharmacy claims data output and interpret results.
• Format data in spreadsheets for client use.
• Interface with multi-disciplinary teams across offices.
• Maintain PHI security and centralized documentation.
• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines and support business development.
