Job summary

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Pharmacy Automation Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of automated medication distribution systems, ensuring high-quality standards in storage and dispensing.

You will monitor processes, verify compliance with procedures, safeguard equipment integrity, and collaborate with pharmacists and IT to optimize workflows, protect patient safety, and support a patient-centered pharmacy operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required within 6 months of hire.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with Automated Dispensing Cabinet (Ex, Pyxis, Omnicell) preferred.
• Experience with Drug Diversion Monitoring and Detection Software (Bluesight/ControlCheck) preferred.
