Qualifications

• Requires excellent organization, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming e-prescriptions and enter patient demographics in the system.
• Obtain co-pay assistance and contact patients to schedule prescription pickup.
• Complete prescription transactions, print receipts, and package medications for pickup.
• Arrange courier routes and schedule; manage pickup/delivery totes and mail distribution.
• Maintain and email prescription pickup logs and logs for returns; assist pharmacy staff.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
