PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Assistant / Order Entry in Vancouver, WA. This role processes medication orders, inputs prescription data, and ensures compliance with regulations, working closely with pharmacists and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers on-site work with remote capability after completing a 180-day training period, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support growth and work-life

Qualifications

• Washington Pharmacy Assistant License is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a long-term care pharmacy is preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer is required.
• Ability to recognize and identify medications is strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Assistant License, as required by government regulations and business needs.
• Must be detail oriented, goal oriented, team player, with verbal communication skills.
• Pharmacy Assistant registration is required.

Responsabilités

• Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging medications for dispensing and for delivery, meeting accuracy and productivity standards of the pharmacy.
• Labels products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels.
• Participates in the periodic inventory of the pharmacy.
• May check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves and remove out-of-date items from the inventory.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
