Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily on-site operations in Minneapolis, MN. You will assist in filling medication orders, ensuring accurate labeling, and helping with inventory and delivery workflows.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm, with starting pay between $19 and $21 per hour. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; strong computer skills help you thrive in our tech-enabled environment and fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy operations systems is preferred/required.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filling medication orders and packaging per home preference.
• Pull labels and sort orders to keep workflow moving.
• Monitor delivery dashboard and ensure prescriptions are scanned.
• Return medications to shelf and assist in quarterly inventory.
• Provide back-up fill tech support as needed by management.
• Maintain clean, orderly scanning area and assist routing manifests.
