Unity Care NW is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support dispensing under supervision, manage inventory, and handle patient deliveries. You will process payments, monitor refill queues, and input requests into the EMR while routing prior authorizations as needed.
The role requires a WA Pharmacy Assistant license (or ability to obtain), along with strong communication, accuracy, and customer service skills. Monday–Friday hours with occasional Saturdays in rotation.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assist with tasks related to the dispensing of prescriptions, assist with inventory control, collect payment at time of service, and deliver prescriptions directly to patients' homes. The Pharmacy Assistant will also monitor clinic fax refill queues and enter incoming refill requests into the Electronic Medical Records system and route to appropriate recipients, as well as route other documents received pertaining to prescriptions including prior authorization requests.
