The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare AR, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business, and knowledge of Pharmacy NCPDP Billing and payer payment methods; the role includes SOX compliance and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or at least 5 years in Pharmacy Accounts Receivable.
• 5+ years Healthcare Accounts Receivable experience.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy NCPDP Billing and payer payment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support global finance operations by collaborating with Trade and Accounting teams on concierge level agreements.
• Analyze and reconcile AR data to prepare reports for management and customers on operational excellence initiatives.
• Interpret Pharmacy claims and Remittance Advices, including HCPCS, ICD-10, and Medication NDC as applicable.
• Monitor electronic remittance and manual payments/denials to ensure proper posting of receivables.
• Respond to inquiries on invoices, payment terms and account changes; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Executive leadership.
