Job summary

WellDyne is seeking a Pharmacy Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain internal data processes, reports, and analytic tools that support clinical and pharmacy leadership. You will translate business needs into data solutions and deliver timely insights.

Under the Chief Clinical Officer, you will analyze pharmacy data, benchmark trends, and prepare reports to support client decisions and program optimization. Proficiency with SAS and visual analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of health care data analytics experience.
• Experience with visual analytics tools (Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, Power BI).
• Advanced data analytic skills with SAS, Microsoft Office (Access/Excel VBA).
• Experience with SQL/PL-SQL; familiarity with pharmacy data accounting concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of data sources and translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Model and track pharmacy savings monthly and provide recommendations.
• Support client and internal teams with data analysis, reports, and ad hoc requests.
• Create dashboards and analytic tools to support clinical and pharmacy leadership.
