Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Epic Reporting Analyst focused on Pharmacy Analytics to partner with pharmacy leadership and translate business challenges into data-driven insights.

You will work as an internal consultant, identifying data sources, validating data with IT, and guiding dashboard enhancements and reporting in QlikSense and related BI tools. Strong Epic Clarity and Caboodle experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare analytics, Epic Reporting, BI analysis, or as a business analyst.
• Healthcare industry experience required, pharmacy preferred.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle to source data.
• Experience navigating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to BRDs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Insight Global is looking for an Epic Reporting Analyst (with a focus on Pharmacy Analytics) to support the Pharmacy division of one of our healthcare clients. This individual will serve as a strategic analytics partner to pharmacy leadership, helping translate business challenges into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will function as an internal consultant who can understand business requirements, identify the appropriate data sources, collaborate with IT and development teams, and ultimately provide recommendations that impact business operations and patient outcomes.

• Partner with pharmacy and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and analytical needs
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
• Navigate Epic Clarity and Caboodle to identify appropriate data sources
• Collaborate with IT and BI development teams to validate data and support report development
• Assist with dashboard enhancements, report creation, and visualization updates within QlikSense and other BI tools
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities prior to production releases
• Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations to pharmacy leadership
• Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex data into meaningful business insights

Must Haves:

• 4+ years of healthcare analytics, Epic Reporting, BI analysis, or business analyst experience
• Healthcare industry experience required (pharmacy specifically is highly preferred)
• Experience working with Epic, specifically navigating and leveraging Epic Clarity and Caboodle
• Strong ability to identify, locate, and interpret data sources within healthcare systems
• Experience navigating dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements/BRDs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to provide business recommendations and insights rather than simply developing reports
