JOB SUMMARY
Work with Pharmacy Markets business owners, stakeholders, and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize activities, monitor progress, and communicate with customers. Responsibilities may include:

1. Leading projects, analyzing data, and identifying process improvements.
2. Developing new pharmacy products and evaluating feasibility.
3. Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
4. Providing support to functional areas and translating business needs into technical requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement product designs, develop standardized processes, and monitor performance.
• Analyze data and business processes, support program oversight, and improve practices.
• Manage projects, resolve issues, and develop solutions for pharmacy benefit offerings.
• Communicate effectively across organization levels and with stakeholders.
• Research market trends and ensure competitive positioning.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma/GED, healthcare experience, project management experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, project management, Six Sigma certification.
