Job summary

Qualifications

• National certification required (PTCB or NHA).
• TN Pharmacy Tech license required.
• Experience in patient access or medication assistance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of triage and subject matter expert for medication access.
• Assist with prior authorizations and copay assistance.
• Educate patients on medication access tools and resources.
• Connect uninsured to eligibility experts for assistance.
• Provide care team education on access tools.
• Coordinate pharmacist consultations and reminder calls.
• Maintain direct communication with patients, providers, and staff.
• Ensure insurance verification for new prescriptions.
• Schedule prescription refills and delivery notifications.
• Refer patients to assistance programs and help with applications.
