• Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure timely access to medications.
• Guides patients to appropriate programs and resources for medication needs.
• Reviews prescriptions with outpatient pharmacies and timelines for dispensing.
• Resolves insurance issues and coordinates prior authorization requirements.
• Identifies financial assistance programs to reduce patient out-of-pocket costs.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and health professionals.
• Provides feedback on program impact and improvement to site and leadership.
• Performs related duties as required; essential functions per ADA.
