Job summary

Proclinical Group is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager for a contract role in Plainsboro, NJ. You will oversee vendor management, patient safety programs, and PV systems development to strengthen global pharmacovigilance efforts.

The role requires a life sciences degree and PV/drug safety experience, with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. An advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical or life sciences field, or equivalent healthcare qualification (e.g., RN, RPh).
• Proven pharmacovigilance or drug safety experience with safety reporting knowledge.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Patient Safety Vendor Management including PSPs, MRPs, call centers, digital health, social monitoring, and registries.
• Review and negotiate contracts ensuring Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) compliance.
• Oversee safety information reconciliation and quality control with suppliers and partners.
• Support development and maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
• Ensure data collection programs and PVAs are accurate within the oversight system.
