Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Pharmacovigilance or 5+ years with safety reporting experience.
• Experience in contract or alliance management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and contract activities related to PVAs.
• Oversee supplier safety information reconciliation and quality control.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Patient Safety, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Support audits, inspections, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify late or non-compliant supplier reporting and support CAPA activities.
• Provide guidance and training on vendor management and safety reporting requirements.
• Lead projects and process improvements while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and contract activities related to Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs).
• Oversee supplier safety information reconciliation, quality control, and reporting activities.
• Partner with Patient Safety, Quality, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support audits, inspections, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and document late or non-compliant supplier reporting and support root-cause/CAPA activities.
• Provide guidance and training on vendor management and safety reporting requirements.
• Lead projects and process improvement initiatives while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical/Life Sciences and 8+ years of relevant Pharmacovigilance experience, or healthcare professional with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in safety reporting.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience in contract or alliance management preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements, ICH guidelines, and safety information reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.

Ideal candidates will have strong Pharmacovigilance, vendor management, contract management, and project leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
