Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical/Life Sciences or healthcare professional with extensive pharmacovigilance experience.
• 8+ years of pharmacovigilance or healthcare experience, 3+ years in safety reporting.
• Pharmaceutical contract/alliance management experience preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements and ICH guidelines; experience with safety reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and contract activities related to PVAs and patient safety.
• Oversee supplier safety information reconciliation, quality control, and reporting.
• Partner with Patient Safety, Quality, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Support audits, inspections, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify late or non-compliant supplier reporting and support root-cause/CAPA activities.
• Provide guidance and training on vendor management and safety reporting requirements.
• Lead projects and process improvement initiatives while juggling multiple priorities.
