Job summary

PillPack, LLC is seeking a Pharmacist Team Lead to oversee a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing clinical guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires active pharmacy licensure and readiness to obtain multi-state licenses.

The position emphasizes leadership, quality improvement, and collaboration with Operations, Compliance, and HR to drive performance and patient safety in a fast-paced online pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in domicile state.
• Willingness to obtain an Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in a minimum of 8 out of 21 US states within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pharmacists and/or technicians.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to provide clinical guidance with the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).
• Develop quality improvement measures and resolve customer issues; guide department processes.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to coach team members and ensure proper documentation.
• Work hands-on in production to complete tasks and handle escalations.
• Ensure timecard accuracy before payroll and maintain scheduling efficiency.
