Job summary

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist Supply Manager to lead the FSED pharmacy and supply operations. You will ensure safe medication handling, stocking, and distribution across facilities, while enforcing policies and quality standards in coordination with executive pharmacy leadership.

The role requires Florida pharmacist licensure, hospital leadership experience, and willingness to travel extensively to support multiple sites within the division.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in Florida is required.
• Experience in hospital-based pharmacy leadership preferred.
• Knowledgeable of federal and state pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy and supply operations for FSED locations.
• Ensure medication and supply availability, storage, security, and control.
• Review Min/Max levels and stocking across stores and automated cabinets.
• Develop, enforce policies and procedures with regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing for the FSED team and coordinate with leadership.
• Travel 75%+ in many cases.

Education

Bachelor's of Science or Pharmacy Doctorate from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
