HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist Supply Manager to lead the FSED pharmacy and supply operations. You will ensure safe medication handling, stocking, and distribution across facilities, while enforcing policies and quality standards in coordination with executive pharmacy leadership.
The role requires Florida pharmacist licensure, hospital leadership experience, and willingness to travel extensively to support multiple sites within the division.

The Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) Pharmacist Supply Manager is responsible for managing the pharmacy and supply operations and team members to ensure safe and effective medication and supplies availability, distribution, storage, security and control. Responsibilities also include ensuring receiving, ordering, and prompt distribution of all medication and supplies within the facility, reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations including automated dispensing cabinets. The manager will also create, facilitate and enforce policies and procedures, quality assurance and regulatory compliance in conjunction with the technicians and key stakeholders. The FSED Pharmacy and Supply Manager fulfills departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the division and hospital, complying with all regulatory standards. The manager will work with the VP Pharmacy Services, HealthTrust Chief Operating Officer and Director of Pharmacy to identify and develop processes to meet or exceed all regulatory standards.
