Job summary

You will dispense medications, manage pricing and licensing, oversee inventory and record keeping, and lead pharmacy staff with coaching and recognition while partnering with management to meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in the state where the job is based (Utah).
• Commitment to customer service and willingness to provide clinical services such as immunizations and health screenings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Flexible work schedule to meet pharmacy needs.

Responsibilities

• Checking/verifying prescriptions and providing excellent customer service with coordination with physicians and pharmacy staff.
• Execute common store processes and support pharmacy operations to meet business objectives.
• Uphold service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory management and record keeping.
• Meet Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements and ensure efficient work across all stations.
• Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring pharmacy staff and partnering with management on store programs.
