Job summary

S27a is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee pharmacists and technicians on the fulfillment floor in Charlestown, Indiana. The role emphasizes leadership, workflow optimization, and program launches for the pharmacy.

Responsibilities include monitoring team activity, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory bodies. A 5k sign-on bonus is offered and a full on-site work setup is specified.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with experience.
Current unrestricted pharmacist license in Indiana, with plans to obtain Kentucky and Florida licenses within 6 months.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a specialty pharmacist.
Proficient in clinical interpretation; drug–drug, drug–disease, drug–food interactions and allergies.
Experience with Specialty medications, REMS, LDD programs.
Demonstrated customer service excellence and team leadership.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead staff pharmacists and guide technicians.
Monitor team activity and manage workflow on fulfillment floor during volume changes.
Assist in inventory management and incident reporting.
Handle escalations and expedite tickets for teams; assist new initiatives.
Provide administrative support to pharmacists and technicians.
Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, OSHA, and Boards of Pharmacy.
Report resource consumption (labor, materials, inventory, equipment).
Participate in training and process improvements.
Escalate incidents related to inventory or quality as needed.
Maintain safe distribution/production environment.
