Job summary

CVS Health in Orlando, FL is seeking a Pharmacist for our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy. This hybrid onsite/work-from-home role starts with 6 weeks of training and requires roughly 15% onsite and 85% remote work; onsite location is 6251 Chancellor Dr, Suite 101, Orlando, FL 32809.

You will lead with exceptional patient and professional care, oversee drug therapy monitoring, patient education and chronic disease state management within clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing in State of Florida.
• Six months pharmacy experience.
• Six months work experience with Windows-based applications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver accurate pharmaceutical care services, including drug therapy monitoring, patient education and chronic disease state management.
• Lead and guide supporting staff.
• Collaborate with clinical programs and initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
