Education Requirement

Experience Requirement

0-2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, or a relevant area with knowledge of TJC, USP 797, 795 and 800, and federal and state regulations

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

All experience must be paid and in the same related field.

Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Certifications & Licensures

Ohio Pharmacist license obtained within 90 days of hire if applicable for work location.

Active Licensed Pharmacist in applicable states, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
