Job summary

Prime Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Rebate Operations Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy support for rebate programs and client services. The role interprets federal changes, supports 64.9r reporting, invoicing, and dispute resolution while liaising with Account Management on rebate trends.

The candidate will monitor CMS/MDP guidance, ensure contractual requirements are met, and handle inquiries from assigned clients. A PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with a current license is required.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
• Current Pharmacist license to practice in the applicable state(s).
• 1 year work experience in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Rebate Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Rebate Operations team regarding accuracy and reasonableness of medical and pharmacy claims.
• Support rebate operations and clients in gathering and completing quarterly 64.9r reporting and ad hoc reporting; assist in pre-invoice reviews and invoicing.
• Partner with leadership on decisions about Federal legislation changes, new reporting, and audits; track contractual requirements.
• Monitor CMS/MDP guidance and changes; provide recommendations on integrating changes.
• Collaborate with Account Management to support rebate trending discussions and serve as main client contact for rebate services.
