University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking a PRN inpatient pharmacist for the UMCSH Inpatient Pharmacy (Surgical Hospital). You will prepare and dispense medications, review orders, and provide drug information to care teams.

This role requires a Texas license or eligibility within six months, graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy, and ongoing ACPE continuing education. The position operates on rotating shifts to support inpatient services across age groups.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed to practice Pharmacy in Texas or eligible to be licensed within 6 months of graduation.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 12 hours of ACPE approved continuing education per year.
• Knowledge of all phases of inpatient pharmacy operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Experience:

• A. Work Experience: No previous work experience required.
• B. License/Registration/Certification: Current Pharmacy license in Texas, or ability to be licensed within 6 months if recent Pharmacy graduate.
• C. Education and Training: Graduation from accredited School of Pharmacy, 12 hours of ACPE approved continuing education per year.
