Job summary

St. Mary's Health Care System in Lavonia, GA is seeking a part-time pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy services, including dispensing, drug control and monitoring for medications and biologics used in the facility.

Changes should be evaluated and discussed with the Pharmacy Services Manager, ensuring patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes. A PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and Georgia licensure are required, with hospital or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed all Georgia Licensure requirements and maintain a current Georgia Pharmacy License.
• Bachelor or Science degree in pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Previous hospital pharmacy or long-term care experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Licensure/Certification/Registration
