Job summary

Mission Hospital McDowell, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Pharmacist PRN to interpret orders, ensure accuracy of dispensing, and provide pharmaceutical care. You will communicate drug information to customers and support the clinical team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, NC licensure or eligibility within 60 days, and prior hospital experience or residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s in Pharmacy.
• Residency and/or Pharm.D. degree preferred.
• Active North Carolina pharmacy license or eligibility within 60 days.

Responsibilities

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Preferred Education: A residency and/or Pharm.D. degree is preferred
• Required License: An active license to practice in North Carolina, or eligible to become licensed in North Carolina within 60 days
• Preferred Experience: Previous hospital experience and/or pharmacy residency is desirable
