Overview

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team and provide the highest quality of care, reliability, and support to patients, caregivers, and families. In this role, the Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical advice, and delivery services.

Schedule

• Sunday – Wednesday (On‑call): 6:00 pm – 10:00 am (just need to come in per on‑call order)
• Saturday / Sunday (1–2 weekends per month): 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm rotation (8–16 hrs per month)
• Nightly on‑calls 7 days a week
