OnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, is seeking a Pharmacist for a part-time role in San Antonio, TX. The pharmacist will dispense medications, provide clinical advice, and support delivery services to patients, caregivers, and families.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm with possible weekend rotation and on-call. Candidates should hold an active Pharmacist license and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree.
• Current and good standing Pharmacist License.
• Strong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnel.
• Evaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
• Answers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely manner.
• Retrieves data in the pharmacy system.
• Manages medication orders.
• Ensures proper storage and security conditions for medications.
• Maintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environment.
